  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Currently Debit card, Credit card, iDEAL, Sofort PaySafeCard and Crypto Currencies are accepted. If you'd like to make a purchase with a credit or debit card, it will have to be through Stripe.

  • How long is my warranty and do you replace banned accounts?

    We offer a 12 hour warranty with all purchases. If you purchase guaranteed unbanned accounts we'll replace them within that time frame.

  • Where will I recieve my accounts after purchasing them?

    You will recieve an email with your accounts within a few minutes.

  • I haven't recieved my email! Help!

    Please check your spam folder. If you have still not recieved them after 15 minutes and it's not in your spam folder, please contact us through Live Chat or Discord

  • When is support open?

    Support is generally open 7 AM - 8 PM EST on business days and 10 AM - 8 PM EST on weekends. We will do our best to respond to you as soon as possible.
